Founded in 2013 by Sak Awan, S Knights Recruitment started as a specialist Recruitment Agency suporting the Employability & Skills sector.

Fast forward to today and the team at S Knights Recruitment work with the sectors best talent and secure that talent for some of the sectors best Providers. Our track record and sector specialism is why we are one of the longest standing recruitment agency's in the sector. ​

From our humble beginnings in a bedroom we are now

2013 - We identified a need for a niche sector specialist recruitment agency

2014 - We grew our team of recruiters and have been growing ever since

2019 - We launched EPA Hub to support End Point Assessment Organisations (EPAOs)

2023 - We celebrated our 10 year anniversary with the sector

2024 - We acquired the Apprenticeships and Skills Group Conferences

2024 - We made our 3rd office move to the presitigous Mailbox in Central Birmingham
